Fast Weight Loss - How To Do It?
The strategies involves planning a healthy nutrition plan and sticking to it and following an exercise regime designed by experts in body transformation. Truth be told, these action based planning is simple to understand but not that easy to follow. You see,
simple doesn't equate to easy. We always plan but action is another animal altogether.

Fast Weight Loss in 4 Minutes

You still have to base your workouts with resistance training type of programs that focus on mostly compound movements. Meaning big exercises for example if you want to workout the legs, you don't do side lying leg raises but instead you perform a full squat. All the way down, calves touching the hamstrings and then all the way standing up. Another
example would be instead of toning your arms doing tricep kickbacks with a light dumbbell and feeling the burn, you do push ups instead. Again, with full range of motion; all the way down and then all the way up.
OK, I shall not deviate away from the topic. To perform the 4 minute fast weight loss workout, follow the instructions below. (Or watch the video where I've programmed the sequence according to the timings)
You can choose 2 exercises, either the squat or the push press. Exercises are being done in a 20 seconds work to 10 seconds rest ratio. What I mean by work is to perform as many repetitions with good form for as quickly as possible within the 20 seconds. And
then you rest for 10 seconds. This will be done for a total of 8 back to back intervals.
To perform a squat, cross over your arms and rest your palms on the shoulders with feet shoulder width apart. Squat down, as low as you can and then you come back up. Make sure to keep your chest up at all times and keep your back straight, not too slouched or hyper extended.
To perform a push press, get a pair of dumbbells and hold it comfortably at shoulder level. Get into a quarter squat position and then thrust your body up as though you're going to jump and push the dumbbells up and extend your arms. On the way back down, let loose your knee joint and go back into a quarter squat position instead of locking your
knees and ?coming back down? with straight, stiff legs.

Success is all about motivation. When it is concerned intensely about something then the careers, families, and relationships at that time motivation seems to be second nature. But, sometimes these very commitments seem to smother the motivation when it comes to exercising and staying healthy. However, making the pledge to stay motivated about fitness can help to stay motivated in other areas of the life as well. A pleasing health schedule can help to improve anxiety, keep vigorous, and feel the best. Not only is this good but it's good for the people who depends on others.
The major motivation killer when it's starting a new work out curriculum is having impractical prospects. It's great to be energized and passionate about the way exercise can transform the life, but expecting too much too soon can lead to big dissatisfactions. It's hard to stay motivated about something that isn't providing with the outcome that's required, but it should be remembered that becoming healthy and strong is a process that occurs over time.
Perfectionism is another thing that can slaughter motivation.
There are going to be days when people generally miss their exercise classes or eat everything they know that they shouldn't. Nobody is perfect, and holding themselves to the high standards of diligence can be very damaging to the motivation and the self-esteem. If successfully complete all the programmed workouts for the week, one might want to treat one self to a night out. If those thirty pounds are lost then trying to take off for years, reward with a small vacation. Make the reward consistent with the accomplishment, but never forget to applaud oneself.
It should be known to take a break. Even the most committed and motivated among us can get burned out. If you start to feel that you absolutely can't survive another workout or eat one more low carbohydrate meal, take a break. A day or two should be give to rejuvenate. If still don't feel motivated to get back into exercise routine, might want to think about trying something new. A new sport or activity may be just what is needed to jump start the motivation.
