SINGLE WOMEN IN CHRISTIAN MINISTRY
THE IDENTITY OF SINGLE WOMEN
We have not yet fully tapped into the resources of knowledge and wisdom found in single women who are in christian ministry. Are you single because you were never married, made a vow to celibacy, or are you a widow? Well, let's talk........Being single can be defined as a state of being separate, discrete, particular, alone, or distinct. The season of being single may be temporary, or permanent for some. Remember, Psalms 139:14 says, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
We have been created by God, in His image, and after His likeness, according to Gen 1:26-27, that was the physical aspect of man, whereas our spiritual aspect of creation was in Gen 2:7. The context by which the word man is used here is Adam, which means mankind.
As single women in christian ministry, we should not let ourselves be defined by any standards, except God's word.
