Overall, I'm highly impressed with Secrets to Dog Training. I own 3 dogs myself and have gone through many obedience classes, problem behavior classes, private consultations with dog behavioralists, and have read many books on the subject.

After reading this book, I was amazed at how much I learned. I wish I would have found this resource a long time ago. It would have saved me so much time, money and frustration.

The training techniques are presented in a refreshingly common-sense, down-to-earth way; some require a little more work (like dog whispering) but you will get some pretty amazing results. I really like the way more than one training technique is presented. This allows the reader to pick and choose the techniques that work best for them and their individual dogs.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who owns, or is thinking about owning, a dog. You don't need to have a "problem dog" for the book to be of value. There is information included that will be useful to any and all dog owners.
