Dog Biting. What Should be Done? 

Some people think that if a dog is a biter, or has clear tendancies toward biting, it should be put to sleep and no tolerance should be shown. There may be some mitigating circumstances of course, but I am talking about a dog that is clearly untrustworthy and poses a clear risk of biting or attacking people. What do you think?
