From the lens Sites Like Squidoo.

What do you think about these sites that are like Squidoo?

  • hopkism May 8, 2012 @ 5:00 pm | delete
I think this is a great list. Squidoo is such a valuable site from an SEO and content writing standpoint. It is great to see some alternatives to mix it up a bit and prevent valuable and useful content as coming off as spam or pure sales. Great work. I will be sharing this list. Thanks.
  • Tolovaj Apr 28, 2012 @ 5:46 pm | delete
I know some of them and they have some similarities with squidoo but they are not like squidoo. In my opinion zujava is most similar (but too young and with too small base of authors) and sites like weebly or blinkweb are lacking sense of community from squidoo or weezley or hubpages.
Thanks for putting this together, of course there are many other interesting services similar to squidoo (but again not too similar), like infobarrel, seekyt, snipsly...

Thanks for putting this lens together for us all, lots of great inspiration here!

Hi there! zujava.com is another squidoo type site just recently launched. I've joined but haven't put up any pages, or leaves as they call them, yet.

Thanks, I will check it out!

I thinks all sites have their advantages and disadvantages but the most important thing is well known sites for faster indexing
  • PeterStreep Nov 29, 2011 @ 12:45 pm | delete
thanks for the info, great lens, will check out some of the pages like weebly.

Great lens on other pages like squidoo. I searched around and came to find your lens a few times. I like the idea of having multiple platforms to create pages on, and linking to other pages creating those natural backlinks that google loves so much. You can basically create the same page on 5 sites with different wording on your pages, and link them all to one sales page or lensmaster pages

Short and sweet but a really good resource for free to use revenue sharing sites that are similar to Squidoo. Whoohoo! Earn more money from home. *Squid Angel Blessed* and I've added your link to My Squid Angel Wings to be featured in the "Business & Work » Internet » Make Money Online" neighborhood. I really think this lens would be found easier in this category since it pertains to other sites that can be used to make money online and doesn't really pertain to "Squidoo Community » More Squidoo Tips". Good job. I hope to see more added in the future.
  • fefe Oct 24, 2011 @ 8:11 pm | delete
Thanks for the blessing! I also updated the category on my lens, didn't know that there was a make money online category on Squidoo.
  • bhthanks Oct 2, 2011 @ 1:05 pm | delete
    looking forward to using them

Thank you, is there a list of all the Web Hub sites (Squidoo, HubPages, etc) out there?
  • manlalakbay Jul 3, 2011 @ 2:17 pm | delete
I guess I can't say anything due to only Squidoo is the only site I use. It's unfair to those sites if I say Squidoo is the best. But I'm contented to be here and satisfied. :)
  • CarynJSwift56889 Jun 9, 2011 @ 11:24 pm | delete
not to guess, no others, I think squidoo is the best!

I write on Squidoo mainly. I just started on HubPages and find it a bit "uncomfortable", but already made a few cents from there with only 4 hubs. I also use Weebly and love the versatility. Xomba was fine until they stopped allowing any links so I quit there. Guess now I will have to check out BlinkWeb. I found this lens on SheToldMe by the way... I love SheToldMe and I have already made $1.33 from there.
  • TurtleDog70 Apr 18, 2011 @ 5:46 pm | delete
Very cool post. I've used Xomba and Hubpages and like using them a lot. I'll have to check out Weebly. Always looking for different sites to post on. Thanks

There's just so much out there on the internet, isn't there? So many different ways to cross-promote and up the ante of the content you put on the internet. I suppose it could be kind of overwhelming to someone just starting out.

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jeremiah

The tangents are very small, I think. Squidoo keeps getting better and better. I'd never heard of weebly, though, so I'll enjoy checking them out. Doubt I'll leave Squidoo, though.

Both hub and squidoo are great fun. I like squidoo because it has many modules you can add to your lens compared to hub pages. 5**. By Auto Insurance Specialists

I think lensmasters will want to know whether you can make money on these other sites as well.
