1. Start by laying down with your back pressed against the floor. Your arms should be extended completely at the sides and your palms should be facing down.
2. Have a little bend in the knees and lift your legs up so that your heels are slightly off the floor.
3. Then lift your left leg up while your right leg is lowered until the heel is about 3 inches off the floor.
4. Begin the movement by raising your right leg up and lowering your left leg. The absolute key to this exercise is to breathe.
5. Do this exercise for a total of 10 to 12 repetitions.
