Skechers Sneakers ~ Back to School in Style

Love, love, love these shoes As the mother of three, when my 5 yr old daughter begged me for Twinkle Toes, I will admit that I was tempted to go the "cheap" route and try to pass off imitations. After trying on several, and finally buying the Skechers, I couldn't be more thrilled, nor could she. They look great with everything: skirts, shorts and pants, and she gets so many compliments. And I LOVE the fact that they don't have laces. However, she has a VERY narrow, long foot, and I could see how the other reviewers could have problems with their kids getting them on if their feet are a little wider. My daughter can get them on no problem, and she wears them everywhere: school, playing, riding her bike (w/out training wheels, so guess what gets uses as the brakes half the time?? :), and they are showing absolutely no signs of wear, other than the right foot charm came off because the link came undone. But we can put it back on. After a month of regular wear, they still look like they came out of the box, and I would highly recommend.

Cool sneakers for little feet I bought these for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. They are quite flashy - with the gems on the toes and the printed glittery fabric. The "tattoo" pictures are very "Ed Hardy" like. One of the best things it that there are no shoe laces. One side of the eyelet holes has Velcro underneath. So while she looks like she's running around without laces - they are secure on her feet and no laces to get dirty and keep coming untied. Her size (toddler 9) had no bungee cords - just the Velcro.
