Did You Know That Most Ski Exercises INCREASE Your Chances of Injury?

Yikes!

It's true according to Mike Geary, the fitness expert. He knows what he is talking about since he is a certified personal trainer (CPT) as well as a avid skier himself!

Well, he describes himself as a ski lunatic but we can't all be perfect! :)

But Mike goes on to say that during his research, most of the sites he saw were out-of-date and contained some of the WORST exercises he seen!

And those exercises would be machine leg-curls, leg extensions and leg presses. Yeah, yeah, yeah! I heard all the talk about these 3 leg exercises being the holy trinity for weightlifting but believe me here... they don't do squat for building endurance and strengthening your joints.

Go here to find out how to grab a copy of Mike's book, Avalanche Ski Training where you will learn how to develop killer legs and reinforce your joints for endurance to handle any slope you want to go down!

Testimonials from Avid Skiers Who Used Mike's Ski Exercises

Here what the users of Avalance Ski Training had to say about it:

hi mike,

After reading your Avalanche ski training program, I truly had one of my best ski seasons yet.

I applied all of your strength and conditioning techniques I read in your ebook, and my legs and lower back feel stronger than ever.

I'm skiing more aggressively now and don't have to rest as long anymore. Now I can ski the steeps, moguls, powder, and endless vertical without leg pain.

thanks for a great program,

Joseph Mastropasqua, Toms River, NJ

Compilation of Funny Skiing Accidents...

True story... a few years ago a good skiing buddy of mine went skiing with another friend. And they were skiing for a few hours down the intermediate slopes and started to feel pretty cocky...

So they decided to go to the advanced slope called something like "Devil's Peak."

I bet you know where I'm going with this one... well, my friend decided to go first... and sure enough about ten feet down the steep slope... he fell and tumbled all the way down. Then he looked up and saw this giant snowball coming down toward him...

It was his friend. He then asked, "What took you so long?" :)

They say it is important to have a sense of humor about skiing. and you can view the Avalance Ski Training website here.

Avalanche Dangers!

In the winter months of 2008, slides have killed 11 Americans and 8 Canadians.

While skiing can be great fun... it bears keeping in mind that Mother Nature is still a harsh and cruel mistress! So pay attention to any avalanche warnings by the authorities.

The winter of 2008 may be remembered as the worst conditions for avalanche in decades. The combination of unstable snowpack in the backcountry plus strong winds equals very dangerous conditions.

So be smart and take all precautions. If there is an avalanche warnings for your area... stay home, have some good friends and family over next to a roaring fireplace and warm your toes.
