How to learn the skills and systems to find success in any home based business.

While looking for a system that would help me build my business all I found we're a ton of systems that seemed similar. Make a list of you friends and family and lets go get them or go out and buy some leads. The only problem is they don't work and if thats your system you'll have to sponsor many people to replace those that leave. Wouldn't it be easier to keep your people by teaching them a rejection free prospecting method and a system that brings people that want to make this business work to them and helping them be successful?

Now - if I love a product or a service, I will share it with my family and friends but to put them on the phone with a stranger that may try to hard sell or close them isn't something i'm comfortable with. And buying leads doesn't seem to work to well either - most people say "what list - or i'm not looking for a home business" if they talk to you at all. Now if you are that rare person who can make those work - congrats - only one problem, its not duplicatable and no one you bring on will be able to do it.

So - what do you need in a system? A duplicatable method for you and anyone you sponser to find and meet new prospects. Only do whats duplicatable - that is where the power in network marketing comes from. Moving product is vital but if you have a big group thats growing and duplicating it takes care of itself. There is no way that one person can do it all and using a team of people dedicated to each others success is the most powerful business tool on earth.

Lets talk a little bit about specific skills that are helpful for success. Has anyone shared with you exactly what to say and how to say it when you're asked - what do you do for a living? Do you know how to adjust your discussion or presentation based on the personality type of the person your speaking with? (this training might be the most important i've recieved in my whole life) Do you know how to break down a companies comp plan or understand the policies and procedures and if your paycheck is in danger. Has anyone shown you what to look for in a company to pay your childrens children? Why would you spend your time, energy, and money without doing this research - build it once- build it big - and build it to last many life times.
