Do you know of any exceptional natural beauty product?

From the lens My amazing experience with the Magical Baiden Mitten.

There must be more of those incredible beauty secrets that are cheap and therefore not promoted. I mean, if you can achieve an amazing skin with something costing this little, why would you buy cosmetics that are sold for hundreds of dollars? The whole beauty industry would dissappear! On the upside we would have so much more money in our pockets.
So, if you know of a great, cheap beauty treatment, do share.....

Do you know if it helps decrease the appearance of cellulite?
  • Boshena May 24, 2012 @ 1:35 am | delete
Yes, it does to a certain point. Unless you change your diet drastically to include a lot more raw fruit and vegetables you will continue to produce cellulite so you can only do so much....

I love Baiden! This product has done wonders in the last 3 months that I've used it. I massage my face everyday with the mitten in the shower (even eyelids and neck) for firming. Who wants wrinkles? No more rough patches and easy to use. These will make great gifts! Removing old skin cells and toxins off of your body sounds like a good idea to me!

Anything you put on your face (or your body) after using Baiden Mitten will have a lot more effect because it does not sit on top of dead skin cells but nourishes living, young ones. That is why anything I use after I scrub is natural and organic like avocado, honey, cucumber, yoghurt, extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil (my favorite), or powdered zeolite which I mix in with some purified water and use as a mask. You can actually see the difference straight away.
I am so angry with skin care companies for getting away with thousands of dollars of my money when the real results are so easy and so affordable. That is a mega scam!

iv been Baiden Mitten now for only two weeks, i can also safely say that it is amazing, my skin feels sooo smooth, almost as smooth as my 7 month old sons body! :) i was very sceptical at first as its only a mitten and i thought it couldnt be as great as people are saying, so i gave it a go and i watched in amazement as all the impurities rolled off my skin whilst i exfoliated. it was amazing!! after my bath i felt sooo clean and refreshed, that night i slept in the nude because i loved the feel of my skin against the bed covers, my husband ompliments me already on how smooth my skin is. my face at the moment has broken out in a few spots but i guess thats from all the toxins or whatever are coming out and then my skin will settle down, even though i do have a few pimples my face still shines and feels brilliant!! ladies or men this product is a definate thing we all cannot live without :) give it a try i promise you will fall in love with it as much as i did!! good luck guys :)

So excited for you! It is amazing feeling, isn't it? Yes, I got few breakouts too, but they very quickly settled. Sometimes I still get them, but they last only a day and just go away. Now, you can throw away most of your cosmetics, I did :-) Or rather I just poured them into a big bottle with some liquid soap and made a wonderful hand wash solution. It was a bit hard putting some of them which cost over $100 but I will never use them now, so at least I put them to some use LOL

My spraytanner was also telling me about this as a great way to exfoliate off my weekly tans ( i do not tan naturally so i am addicted to spraytans) i googled baiden mitt & this was the first post i came across via the Squidoo blog. I am soooo excited to try it, i would also like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

I came across the Baiden Mitten while looking for ways to remove my spray tan once a week. I am currently getting lazer hair removal and my tech and I had to come up with a way to get the formula off my skin and also exfoliate the darker skin off so the lazer can effectively target the pigment of my hair, not my skin. Some sites recommended lemon juice but I am excited to try the Baiden mitten when it comes. This detailed diary provided some priceless insight for me, thank you SO much for taking the time to share.

Do you use an exfoliating scrub with the mitten, or perhaps soapy water? I am wondering if the spray tanner that I use will stain or clog the mitten at all? How do you know when it is time to get a new mitten?

    Thanks a bunch!
    Audrey
  • Boshena Oct 25, 2011 @ 8:52 pm | delete
I am not sure what the formula for lazer hair removal is, I use pulsed light and I just wash off the cooling gel with water.
I use Epsom Salts in my bath water if I want to get extra deep scrub, definitely not any exfoliating scrubs or soapy water as this tends to make your skin too slippery for Baiden Mitten to get a good grip.
The spray tanner can stain the mitten very lightly, but does not clog it. It all gets a bit yellow with use, so the color does not look out of place.
I had to renew my mitten only once and it was over 2 years old. It still worked great, but it was a bit tatty to look at so I decide to get a new one.

After using the Baiden Mitten just three times, I already see a big change in my skin. I had many bumps on my thighs from wearing long pants at work (pre-ingrown hairs?). Yesterday, while "feeling around" I noticed that more than half the bumps (maybe twenty) are gone. My leg skin feels sleek and different. I'm very excited about continuing with this extremely unique product. I am 55 and my skin, which is sensitive, reacts quite well to the mitten. I really scrub hard and my skin loves it. I've taken some "Before" pix and will try to post in a couple of months. Thanks Baiden Mitten. At my age, I've tried it all and this is the best of the best.
  • Boshena Jul 23, 2011 @ 6:12 am | delete
Yes, the mitten is great for ingrown hair and I found that it makes sensitive skin much less sensitive - such a relief! The before and after pix would be really nice......

Tried Baiden for the first time last night. Cannot believe how soft my skin is. Even more amazed that it doesn't feel dry, even with minimal moisturizer. And I'm used to using very heavy moisturizer! Can't wait to see what my skin will be like in 2 months
  • dana joy Jun 14, 2010 @ 10:31 pm | delete
i ordered one today and can't wait to get my scrub on!!
  • Boshena Jun 14, 2010 @ 11:24 pm | delete
I know how you feel. I hope you will not give into temptation to scrub again the day after your first session - ouch! You really need a week in between sessions to give the skin the chance to recover. It is the closest treatment to microdermabrasion that I know of.
