I thought i could never get from skinny to muscle man. I was sick of all the girls saying i was a nice guy but then hitting on the bigger gym junkies and hated feeling weak and powerless if a mans strength was needed in a situation. This had to change!

My Tips for Hard Gainers
This is what worked for ME to go from Skinny to Muscle
1. Eat More and Better CaloriesI think more than anything what i learned was that my diet was the key to my muscle gain more than any gym sessions or crappy weight gain supplements. Without energy to repair muscles and the correct nutrients like a god serve of preiton with every meal I was making life so hard for myself!
I changed how I eat to eat a heck of a lot MORE of good healthy food and got rid of all my processed sugary, fatty foods. Banished into the bin they were once I checked out this free guide. I then used good meal planning to have 6 meals a day! If i tried to eat that much in 3 meals i would explode!
2. Workout Efficiency
Ever see that guy who is ALWAYS doing bicep curls. Does his biceps really grow that much? The answer is NO because you only need to stress your muscles to a certain point to spark muscle growth. I learned that to work out for the biggest muscles gains in the shortest period of time i should be training one muscle group til just the right point then moving on to the next one for a great all body workout.
Forget spending hours at the gym ... more intensity in less time is more WORK and more WORK done RIGHT is more muscle growth for hard gainers and muscleheads alike!
3. Education
I am not a biologist, health scientist, physiotherapist or anything to do with looking at the human body. I don't have a manual to this thing and unless you work or study in this field you don't either! I was trying to go from skinny to muscle without a guide like a guy who has no idea about cars trying to supercharge his tiny car wearing oven mitts blindfolded!

One Last Skinny to Muscle Tip!
One last tip for hard gainers!Plan everything ... it is time to get serious if you want serious muscles!
Keep a workbook with everything in it:
- How much you need to eat
- What you need to eat and when
- When you will go to the gym
- What exercises to do
- How many Sets, Reps and how much weight
If you do not plan and keep records how do you really know you are getting stronger? Plan to increase that weight every week. Stay motivated to keep pumping iron and you will achieve the ripped body that all the women want and all the guys are jealous of!
