Going from skinny to muscles can be a long and arduous process with hardcore gym sessions, gulping down liters of muscle gain supplements, waking up with every muscle aching to go to work ... and then finding you have hardly put on any muscle mass at all!

I know the feeling because i too was that skinny runt struggling to lift even a light barbell with the other guys at the gym laughing at me behind their hands.

"IT SUCKED!"

I told myself i had to do what these beefy guys were doing and followed them like a little lap dog for weeks and put up wioth it because i had a desire and a drive to get ripped but it seemed to no avail.

Then i stumbled upon a way to go from skinny to muscle naturally online and realized all the stuff i was doing WRONG! The thing was ... all these muscleheads were doing it too it was just that they were much more genetically gifted to grow muscles so it was not as bad for them as it was for me!

1. Over Training

That drive and desire i had was a double edges sword. While I didn't give up i also pushed too hard! I was at the gym 5 times a week working about 10 hours a day at the time and i thought I had to lift more to gain more. The problem was that i never gave my body enough time to rest and recover ... every time my body was in muscle building mode i would hit the gym again and my body would go back to stage one again after only repairing a little of my muscles! 2. Over training each muscle group

Not only did i work out too much but I also kept lifting to pump muscles that had already had their maximum amount of training needed. Once you spark the muscle growth in a muscle group that's it! Time to move on! I keep working on my chest or biceps until i just did myself injury. More about the best way to build muscle here.

3. Eating like a lightweight

My calorie intake was pathetic, i think i had a latent fear of being fat if i ate too much but if you do not have the energy to workout and repair muscles then you will NEVER gain weight. Fat is just energy that was not used to get ripped so if you train hard and eat like starving locust swarm you will pack on pounds of muscle not fat. Find out more on how to eat for muscle gain.
