I was reading the recently published e-book Fit Into Your Jeans, and felt it offered useful information for all people who simply want to get in good enough shape to better fit into their clothes. The section on exercise was easy to understand and made a lot of sense, and I want to give it some publicity because it gave me easy ways to get (and stay) motivated for my return to exercising.
