You must decide that you are going to engage in a body building program split into daily workouts three to four times per week to ensure maximum muscle building.
The target during these workouts is to use the weights as your resistance in order to create a stimulus that will encourage your muscles to grow under the stress, compensating and becoming larger to accommodate the demand that the previous load placed on it. To continue to grow, you must increase the stimuli, and therefore increase the stress, resulting in this muscle building process to come into effect again and again.

- I weighed 50kg when I got married 9 years ago, I now weigh 64kg. I'd like to be around 80kg of muscle. The problem is I absolutely hate the gym, and will not buy a home gym, not yet anyway. Any suggestions?
