SkyRest Travel Pillow - My review
I used it on my tray table as a pillow and was easily able to sleep leaning forward. On a return flight, I had an exit row with no seats in front of me. I was able to put my feet up on the Sky Rest pillow as a sort of ottoman.

SkyRest Travel Pillow - where and how to use it
SkyRest Travel Pillow is an inflatable pillow and is therefore easy to pack and carry on any airplane. The one-way valve allows for easy and quick inflation and deflation. The wonderful design of this pillow is the first of its kind to create a comfortable sleeping position on an airplane.It works great as a leg rest. You can even prop your book on the pillow for a great portable book holder.
Its works for for people of different heights and sizes. The product has been tested on individuals from 4'10" to 6'6" and all of them found it to be comfortable. It does not require any specific seat configuration to work.
Just inflate it to the proper size and use!

- i didnt answer which is best coz i think it is both. sometimes i like to lean forward to sleep, i guess skytravel pillow would be best for it. sometimes i like to rest my head on my seat, i guess neck pillow would be better. Anyway, nice lens.
