Relax yourself 

Give yourself a hot bath and drink milk to make you feel more relaxed. Exercise during the day will make you feel more sleepy at night. Go out for a walk around the neighborhood is also a good way to relax yourself. Don't watch TV or play computer games one hour prior to sleep because the light will stimulate your senses. When you are on bed simply do a stretch to relax yourself even more. It will make you feel sleepy at night and go to bed early. You can try to wake up early everyday to make yourself feel sleepy at night. Always stay relaxed all the time at home by doing Yoga or other relaxing activities.
