Grandma's Secret !

 

Staying Slim is as important as education and a job.It's a picture of you to the world , a compass of your health!

This's how she said people in her time kept slim and agile . Agility is a tell tale sign of your health.

1. Take  10 pieces ( or about that ) of dry horsebeans or cowpeas , soak them in a tumbler filled with water.Leave overnight.In the morning first thing munch up these beans.Drink a glass of cold water. That's it .That's breakfast!If you eat 5 meals a day substitute this for one of those meals. Repeat three times in a week.You'd NATURALLY look and feel slimmer.Keep this up and make a regular habit . If you are a heavy eater or even obese you should try this "menu" 5 times out of a week , one meal a day .

2. Introduce fresh , organic yogurt into your diet. Combine it in any way you want. But please go for organic yogurt or even home made using fresh milk.You should be able to wrestle sluggishness out of your system. Dairy products - FRESH milk , cheese and yogurt - have been proven to work for slender profiles and waistlines. Studies have indicated that one cell that listens when calcium talks is the fat cell. When there's plenty of calcium in the blood , fat cells get the message to stop storing fat and start burning it. When calcium levels are low the cells hoard fat. And lots of bigger , fatter fat cells make for bigger fatter people.

Results may take  two months or more to show but they are there to stay. And these " meals" won't clash with your lifestyle doing what you do and eating what you do. But remember stay the system. Keep keeping. Good habits must be fought for! To stay in the kingdom of the slim you need to regain personal leadership or get your spouse to help you with that leadership element .

Notes 

Keep a Diary  - a diary helps reinforce what you are doing. Jot down the reasons you can see that drive you to crave some heavy eat-ins.Emotional eating can be brought under. Writing properly exercised can be your weapon against over indulgence.

Go For Those Walks -  Walk with the kids , even the dog . Woods , hill trails , exploring town on foot , getting out into the country  could be fun times. ENJOY these outings not endure.

Fruits! - if you need to munch or snack or need to bite into something every now and then , choose fruits yes dried as well .

Have Fun - Call a friend , chat till daybreak ! Watch funny movies - these have a way of inducing you to cut down on unnecessary eating. Over eating , sometimes is caused by being alone with yourself far too long . Seek out friends and people , join the local choir , learn some craft from somebody .

Throw Out the Soft Drinks - Drink water instead as often as you can. Cocktails , beer , and other beverages not properly balanced work against you instead of for you.

Join A Choir  Warm up the pipes and just enjoy singing !

Relax  With  crossword puzzles , update work skills , meditate or go try some native food.

 


There's A Purpose To Life - those who believe life has a purpose seem to be careful, very careful on binging and indulging . Anchor yourself to something - a cause bigger than your worries , or ride trains for hours or work with orphans or run for some Office , perhaps the Mayor's or ....

Exercise that caveat and stick to basics. To the new you ...........
