I agree with Margo. As a long-time MS-based user, I finally got tired of constantly debugging, defragging, and virus protecting my Microsoft-based computers. I got a "taste" of Apple products with an iPhone and like Margo said, "never looked back."

The joy of using Apple products simply has to be experienced. They simply work - right out of the box. If you love to tinker - get a PC. If you've got work to do, get an Apple.

Two years ago, after a frustrating 2 years trying to get a brand new Dell, top of the line to work, I went Apple and haven't looked back since. What was really great is that for $100 a year you get unlimited one on one face to face tutoring, as much as you want about just about anything!
