I walked into this Smithtown florist years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find the store laid out better, with more interesting designs than other Florists I've visited in the past . The service was prompt, professional and very courteous. The designs were very artistic and the arranger really took an interest in making each design perfect to my specifications. Online big flower dealers like 1-800-flowers can make ordering quick and easy, but don't offer the personal touch. I personally also enjoy seeing the actual flowers that will be used on my arrangements and being able to touch, smell and fine tune the design with the arranger. I have also appreciated the fact that the creative staff at Violets florist have made suggestions or variations based on my ideas that I didn't think of and actually turned out better than what I originally imagined.
