The ultimate dream of every woman is to get a smooth skin but to get it she should watch her diet and take care of the skin regularly. Exercise, drinking plenty of water and eating fresh fruits and vegetables help a lot in getting a smooth skin. So, this ten tips will make your skin smoother, beautiful and younger.

Avoid the most expensive or cheapest cosmetics. As per what I am being told by my mother, whose has the most beautiful skin, the midium range cosmatics are most effective. They have done the job with pretty good ingredients.

You must keep changing use of different commercial products till such time that you come across something that is most suitable for you.

Never sleep wihout washing away your makeupMakeup left on overnight seeps into your pores, Clogs them, And congests your skin.

At the end of the day, make sure that you wash your face twice.Once to get the makeup off. A second time to wash the skin itself.

Hydrate your face throughout the day. It doesn't matter if you buy the product or come up with it yourself. (fill a spray bottle with distilled water, add a few drops of chamomile or rose essential oil, shake it gently before each use, and spray it on) hydrate your face, even over makeup, frequently throughout the day.

Use facial masks regularly. It's best to do this every day if you can. Also in case it is not readily available with you , then you can produce it yourself Some great choices are avocado or banana that has been mashed. Plain yogurt also works well.

After that has sunk in, put a moisturizer over it. Do the same once you wake up.

The skin on the face is very delicate and should be handled with care just like glass. You should take good care of the skin and should not prick it. Always do not prick, scratch or rub your skin on your face. Be very gentle when you clean it, moisturize it or makeup on it. This will lessen the chance that you'll damage your skin and get wrinkles.

Consume fresh fruits alongwith plenty of water. Stay away from "dead food" food that's basically not fresh as per my Mom advice to me. The ultimate dream of every girl is to have a glowing and sparkling skin and it is only possible through exercise , eating lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
