1 banana (preferably frozen - peel before freezing)

1 c Hemp milk
1/2 c Kefir (Lifeway)
1 scoop Power Meal (Young Living)
1 scoop Flax Hull Lignan (Global Light)
1 scoop Barley Gold (Global Light)
1 drop orange essential oil (Young Living)
1/2 t Hemp or olive oil, if desired

DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine the juice with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.

Red Raspberry Sorbet 

A Delectable Dessert

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Young Living Blue Agave
2 c. Ningxia Red
2 12-ounce bags frozen raspberries
1 orange

DIRECTIONS

In a small sauce pan, simmer Blue Agave and water for 1-2 minutes or until agave mixes easily with the water. Set aside to cool slightly. In a blender, puree Ningxia Red and 1 bag of raspberries. Transfer mixture into a metal bowl and stir in the zest of half the orange. Next, squeeze half the orange into the mixture. Place agave and water mixture into blender along with the remaining bag of raspberries and puree. If mixture becomes too thick, simply add a cup of the mixture in the bowl. Pour into bowl and fold until it is well mixed. Place in freezer and freeze for two hours.

Serves 12-15

Omega Wolfberry Blast 

Summer Delight

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c strawberries (or frozen berries, any kind)
1 banana*
1 c Living Harvest chocolate Hemp milk or almond milk
1 scoop Young Living Power Meal
1 T Organic Hemp Oil or walnut oil
1 oz Ningxia Red Juice
Blue Agave nectar or Stevia to taste

*Try adding peeled kiwi, peach or other fruit to this basic recipe.

DIRECTIONS

Blend until creamy. Enjoy!

Avocado Berry Smoothie 

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado, pitted and scooped out
1/2 cup rice, almond, or hemp milk ( I prefer hemp)
1/4 cup Kefir (I prefer Pomegranate/Acai - Lifeway)
1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice, coconut water or ice (or more depending on how thick you want it)
splash of Ningxia Red (1-2 ounces)
1 small banana or kiwi (optional)
1 drop of tangerine essential oil (optional)
1 tablespoon agave or to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place avocado, banana, milk, Kefir, Ningxia Red, essential oil, and agave in blender and blend until smooth. Add the pomegranate juice, coconut water or ice and blend until you get the desired consistency.

This is very simple and easy to make and is surprisingly delicious. As the avocado part of the smoothie is quite thick, it fills you up. Makes two - put one in frig for later, if you can wait that long.

Avocado is rich in magnesium that reduces the risk of excess belly fat, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. One avocado delivers an amazing 11 grams of fiber.

INGREDIENTS

1 serving or 3-4 tablespoons Young Living Power Meal or Balance Complete

1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

Place in shaker cup and shake until well blended.

2 c. granola
1 c. whole raw almonds
