Snoring is on the rise, and it's the cause of many people's poor sleeping (not only the snorer, but even more often, the person sleeping with the snorer). There are actually many causes of snoring (allergies, being overweight, sleep apnea, having a deviated septum), but right now you probably care less about the cause and more about getting a good night's sleep, right?

My husband used to be a big snorer (actually, allergy shots have made a world of difference with this problem!), but before we figured it out we went though alot of products-- everything from the Breathe Right strips to the sleep clinic, with varying results.
