Tension-type headaches, cluster headaches, rebound headaches, hemicrania continua, chronic daily headaches, new daily persistent headache, and more! Are you affected by any of these headaches? Or maybe you know someone who is?

People who have never had a severe headache often think a headache is "just a headache" and that taking a dose of ibuprofen, Tylenol, or Excedrin will take care of any headache quickly and simply. Oh, my! If only it were so easy!

There are many types of headaches, and some of them can be quite disabling. Headache disorders have cost people their jobs, friends, marriages, and more. There is, however, good news. By educating ourselves about our headache disorders and finding and working with a good doctor who knows how to treat us, we can regain control of our health and our lives.

I invite you to join me in learning about these headaches, how to treat them, how to find the right doctors, and more. We truly can live well, even with headaches!
