The Socialist Punks are a Puzzle Pirates crew who play on the Viridian Ocean.
History!
The crew was founded on October 2nd, 2005 by Ravenhawk and Tehninjazor.
On June 3rd, 2006, they made their own flag, The Gamer's Socialist Party.
Sometime in January of 2008, Ravenhawk handed of the Captainhood of the crew off to one of his Senior Officers Yamina.
Unlike many crew whose purpose is more elitist, engaging in the backstabbing flag politics and encouraging their members to step all over eachother and bicker over rank, The Socialist Punks hope to be able to build a community around what should be the reason people group together in games: Having fun.
Presently the crew is considered dead as Yamina moved on to play on other oceans and Ravenhawk has, for the most part, quit puzzle pirates.

Puzzle Pirates is a free, downloadable game to play on the dubloon oceans. You only pay money if you want to buy dubloons with cash instead of from other players.
However, they do have a box version which you can buy for 8 dollars that gives you a key redeemable for a backsword; a powerful sword that never ages.
