3-in-1 Job & Triple Home Owner

Knowingly or unknowingly, we all have three homes: Office Home Third Place. To achieve Work  Life Actualization good fit or balance, or be really "in-charge", we have to be the "Chief" in each of these "homes". So, we all are Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Family Officer (CFO) and Chief Home Officer or Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), concurrently. So, we are all holding 3-in-1 jobs and Triple Home Owners.

These "Triple Homes" are in line with the Triple Bottom Line: Profit-People-Planet or Economics-Equity-Environment.

SOHOMINIUM is your personal platform for achieving the Triple Bottom Line in a personal creative and entrepreneurial way.

The CEO's role is to take care of the work and money aspects. The CFO is to take care of the family aspects. The CHO is to take care of the self-actualization aspects. The three respective roles could be considered as "local", "global" and "cosmic".

The Triple Home Doctrine is the personal development strategy to attain the personal version of the Triple Bottom Line.

The CEO's role ideally should be tied to business startup or entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is the ultimate vehicle to fully develop the First Home (not necessarily in the right order of importance). It is also very much "local" aspects.

The CFO's role is everybody's concern and should be on extended family basis, covering 7-generation or generativity. This should cover the "global" aspects. This is our Second Home, to which we "go home" every night.

The CHO's role is more "cosmic" and concerns with personal actualization and growth. It is happiness-seeking and "home-coming". This is our Third Home (or the Alpha and the Omega).

We should have Office-in-Every-Home, i.e. managing each home effectively and efficiently. In fact, we are the OFFICE in each home.

We may not be equally well managing each of the three "homes". In fact, we may even have different liking towards each of them. It is certainly a matter of personal preference. What is important is that we should be aware of their existence and management. 

The Triple Home Doctrine is the challenge that we together face and the Triple Home Advantage is the possible benefit we together enjoy when we finally arrive "homes". How do we create / manage THIRD PLACES?
