Paths of transpersonalism--Helping tools to strengthen connections between Spirit, Mind & Body

Using my brain for signal-sensing & my imagination for the excitement element, I believe the connections manifest into a beautiful set of bridges based on the construction of 'healed and withstood' building materials. Those building materials are emotions, responses to the emotions, actions, choice of tone/ diction, behavior, mindset and lifestyle.

I use venues like writing, photography, web design, holistic alignment like aromatherapy and meditation to live 'outside of the box'. I try to live as 'fully' as possible even if staying balanced means looking imbalanced. The venues I choose to express my appreciation or even lack there-of, serve as outlets for me to extend toward growth. This growth begins with being aware of our outside influences and stems from independence from those things or dependence on them. A little of both and the ride of life is less feared.

I began to explore my own needs which similarily appeared to also be everyone else's needs: basic ones like Maslow delievered in his hierarchy of needs: i.e food, shelter and employment. Those are essential needs means but more importantly what exactly does the soul 'erica' Hidvegi need to be 'complete'. It is what I possess within that serves to make me whole.

I have been writing alot about what 'tickles my fancy', boosts my ego, intrigues me cosmically, affects me socially, calms me spiritually and interests me most . . .
I coach the techniques I use to reach nirvana by offering to you what works for me. I am a creative expressionist and I explain what the term 'transpersonalism' in our lives means to each individual who inquires.
