Rising energy costs.

With the cost of living and energy on the rise, using alternate energies is both an economical and eco-friendly decision. Solar panels are a renewable energy source, meaning, that the energy is and can be replenished naturally at a rate more than its consumption. Solar panels are quickly becoming a more common source for electricity.

Solar power.

Solar panels create what is known as solar power. Solar power is the conversion of sunlight into electricity. Sunlight can be converted directly into electricity using photovoltaics, or (PV). Solar power is one of the most available energy sources on Earth. To put this into perspective, covering only 4% of the world's desert area with photovoltaics, or solar panels, could supply the entire world with electricity. Furthermore, the Gobi Desert alone, could supply almost all of the world's energy demand. The only problem is the installation costs of solar power.

Installation costs.

While installation prices have been decreasing, a retail installation of solar panels for your home can still put you back a good 10 grand or more. Thankfully, there is "Earth4Energy". Created by Michael Harvey, a passionate environmentalist who has been in the renewable energy industry for over 15 years. He has created a guide to help any, and everyone, make a solar panel and windmill, with everyday, easy to find materials, for around $200. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is. Already thousands of people have proven it works and are totally satisfied with the result.

Building a solar panel.

Now the thought of making a photovoltaic panel is a little scary, but again, Harvey has taken all of that into consideration and has made the guide an easy, step-by-step in plain English. You really can even use stuff from around the house, and when you're done, you will most definitely lower your electric bill. This could even be one of the coolest science projects you could do with your kid's. What a great way to put your concerns about the environment into action. It's time you start using the sun's rays to power your home. Check out the link below for more information and Go Green!!!
