What is Solar Camping? and Why is it Becoming Popular?

Camping describes a wide range of activities. Survivalist campers set off with little more than their boots, whereas recreational vehicle travelers arrive equipped with their own electricity, heat, and patio furniture. Camping may be an end unto itself, but often it is done in conjunction with other activities, such as hiking, hill walking, climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, swimming, and fishing. For the Real Campers out there who don't mind warm water...

I unfortunately didn't grow up in the age of portable water heaters. If we wanted to have a warm shower we needed to place our Solar Showers out in the sun all day to have the satisfaction of having warm (depending on the day sometimes cool)showers.

Solar Showers are an excellent idea of any camper, maybe not the hardcore ones like my father, but definitely a good idea!

If you REALLY need to have a warm shower and only have a solar shower bag you can set up a plastic tee-pee that will help magnify the sun and keep you warmer!

No, camping is ok buy why use solar? You can get the exact same results without solar. Plus camping doesn't let off a lot of emission!
