Why Is This Lense Different?

Before you say, "Yes I have heard this before", keep reading. By the time you are finished, you will be able to make a better decision if a solar panel battery charger is right for you. A lot of consumers are against paying more for green friendly products and that is from solar to bamboo and even wind turbines. But yet, consumers still complain about their batteries dying, their allergies, and constantly having to save and reduce. Well, if we start making a large community effort in order to have products made properly, then it will be a regular way of life.

Before Dismissing, Why Don't You Ask Yourself Some Question?

There are about 3.1 billion people in the world who own cell phones and over half are connected to online networks throughout the world. That is a lot of cell phones, now imagine charging all those cell phones, now imagine how that power(charge) is produced. Now imagine that EVERYDAY, 365 days a year. That is a lot of pollution to power small little devices. Now imagine, GPS units, Digital Cameras, Batteries, Pagers, Ipods, and many more gadgets, times 1 to 3 billion people.....WOW...That is a lot of power to charge just small devices, everyday. So, do you realize that pollution is an issue that should be address and that is why it is being addressed in about every sector of life. From clothing to technology and even to food. Where are you standing, on the pollution side or environmentally friendly side?

What Can You Do About It?

There are many solutions to the pollution, but implementing takes time and that is where solar panel battery chargers come in. If everyone was able to start purchasing solar panels for their devices, homes, cars, and whatever on a yearly basis. It would reduce the need to purchase batteries on a regular basis and what is cool about solar panels is that it can be reused. Now, for those people who say..."Well, solar panels can only last so long." That may be so, but it would be better to use a sustainable energy resource until it doesn't function correctly, all the while the elites are producing better systems. Instead of staying the same old way. I mean seriously, wouldn't you rather smell cleaner air instead of pollution air. I know, I know..You might say...The cars, the trains, before you get ahead of yourself...Slow down and realize this takes time and we have to take baby steps and move in the direction of a green friendly atmosphere. You cannot just rush in buy panels and put wind turbines up and be done..It takes a massive effort from everyone to move in that direction. So, if you plan on doing your part, start with the things you can change which are your own habits.

Start With Something You Enjoy :)

You probably want to start with something you enjoy when you decide to live eco friendly. And that is why more consumers are opting to buy solar panel battery chargers than rushing out and recycling..That is okay but pretty soon, you will notice your neighbors and friends from working and even your employers establishing guidelines about recycling. And before you know it, you will be recycling too. But most people want something in return for their efforts and that is why they purchase solar chargers for their phones and other similar needs.

Now Is The Time To Think About It

Now you probably realize their are about 1000 different solar phone chargers and solar battery systems for you to purchase. We will go for the solar panel battery chargers that are for serious adventurers, cell phone owners, and emergency situations.. But before we do, think about how much power your laptop is, how many watts your cell phone is and so forth. You will want to know these things before you purchase your solar battery charger kit. Additionally, if you camp, think about how many electronics you will bring with you and add up all the watts and make sure you put this on paper or in your notepad for future reference. And if natural disasters always seem to be where you are, then consider what you want to power when the electricity goes out.

Serious Adventurers Only

When you are out on an adventure, you know you want to make sure you have power to your most important devices regardless how much it costs. But let's think about what you would bring on this adventure:

*GPS Unit
*Cell Phone
*Portable Heater
*iPod
*Digital Camera

So we can be safe to say that the Gps unit, cell phone, ipod, and digital camera is roughly 5 watts a piece times 4, is 16 watts of power total. You have two choices here, you could a 27 watt solar panel system and an inverter and have the ability to charge all the devices at one time and a power strip. If you did decide on this option, you would benefit mostly from the Nomad 27M Solar Panel and then you would have to have your own inverter or you could purchase the Sherpa Universal Inverter. And then you also have to bring your power strip with. And then you could be able to charge via solar power and have all the electronics charging in the mornings before you take your journey or your could charge whenever you would need to and have it travel with you because it is light weight.

Also, if you are in an area where it gets cold, you would bring your portable heater which produces 110 volts and if that was the case, you could want a system that could withstand that much power and still be able to hold a charge. You would want the Ranger Adventure Kit. It produces 350 watts and comes with an inverter and two large sized solar panels.

You have to consider how much power you need whenever you are purchasing solar panel battery chargers.

A Solar Mobile Frenzy

Remember how we mentioned 3 billion people with cell phones? Well, as large as the number is, the choices are considerable less, so you can be relieved. You have to again think what device you know and find out if their is any special solar charger made specifically for your cell phone. If so, then it would be in your best interest to purchase that, but then again, if you have many mobile devices, you could find something that produces enough power, but can charge many devices. For example, there is the K3 Solar Wind Charger. The K3 can charge over 100 different cell phones with the right adapter purchase. And it can also charge by the wind. But don't let that fool you, it takes time to charge by wind.. So it makes practically use at least for the wind turbine for emergencies. But if you needed a fast charge, it does have the largest mobile internal battery and solar panel than any solar charger on the market which is still lightweight.

Also there is the Iphone Solar Surge Charger which of course is for the Iphone, but for the 3g and 3g(s). And it is Apple Certified and also has an internal battery. It is practical for those iphone lovers who live and die by it. And then it has it's brother model, the Surge for the Ipod Touch. The Ipod Touch Solar Charger works just like the iphone solar charger.

If you wanted some more solar mobile chargers, you could look at the Solar Monkey, it seems to be popular among people but it only charges by the sun because it does not have an internal battery. But it does have the ability to fit in your pocket and as far as we know it is water proof, but do not drunk it in water of course.

And if you are looking for something you can clip to yourself, that has many adapters, and is flexible and tough. You would love the Solar Strap. It was made from a man in Finland and has been brought to the USA last year. It is made from environmentally friendly materials and has an internal battery and has the ability to clip straight to your pant loop.

There are also some real water proof solar panels that are Powerfilm Flexiable Solar Panels, again you have to check for adapters. As you can tell by now, there are many types but these are the ones that sell and also won't break on you if you drop it. Some panels are so fragile that taking care of it is like taking care of your fine china, the wrong move and it will break. Which is not good for people who move around a lot. But the ones mentioned above have been tested and know they won't break if handled with a little roughness.

Do You Seem To Be Around Natural Disasters A Lot?

If you find yourself surrounded around earthquakes, blackouts, and just plan sucky earth issues that cause you to have no power, then keep reading. The solar panel battery charger we are about to discuss serve as multiple purposes, but they are a true survivalist's best friend.

The Base Camp Solar Kit is a super duty, high power, solar solution. It comes with 4 solar panels which are Mono-Crystalline, meaning it is the highest of quality. And it comes with (2) 350 Watt Batteries and 4 Light Systems and an inverter. One of the best benefits of this is that with these many solar panels and complete system, if you wanted to or needed to add more to the system, you can add more with having to buy brand new systems because of the way the system was designed. It was designed for professionals and emergency situations say they could add up to 400 or more watts of power without having to lose any power because they would all be able to connect to one another.
