Top user Weight Capacity is 375 pounds
This elliptical has 1 more year of labor included compared to the E25
Sole E55 Elliptical
20 Levels of Resistance - I like the additional levels of resistance. If you are new to using an elliptical you probably won't get passed the first few levels for a few months, but once you start getting more advanced they will come in very handy.
This elliptical also has a power incline ramp which is adjustable up to a whopping 40 degrees giving you a tougher, more advanced workout. With the ramp inclined you will burn more calories and fat in less time. This feature alone is great.
The E55 has adjustable foot pedals to fit your particular body. There is a dial adjustment where you can customize your pedals for the most comfortable and ergonomic position.
Resistance Type: Eddy Current Braking
Heart Rate Control: Yes as it has 2 programs which will automatically adjust your workout depending on your heart rate.
Telemetry Belt: Yes - it's included
Top user weight capacity is 375 pounds
Sole E95 Elliptical
This is the # 1 Rated elliptical
20 Levels of Resistance which are easily controlled in the handles
This elliptical also has a power incline ramp which goes to 40 degrees
10 Workout Programs with 2 heart rate programs and a telemetry heart rate chest strap is included
Resistance Type: Eddy Current Braking
The foot pedals are cushioned and like the E95 are adjustable. However the adjustment on the E95 allows for a finer degree of customization.
Weight Capacity: 400 lbs - the highest weight capacity of the group
The E95 has received several in class praises and awards ans that is with even being compared to other elliptical priced higher.
All of the elliptical trainers listed above have a good stride length of 20". You will find that many ellipticals have a shorter length of 18 or 19". I know that a 2 inch difference may not seem like much but it will make a major difference in both the comfort and the muscle use.
If you use an elliptical that has a shorter length stride than you need, you will find that you can't stretch like you want and will feel cramped a bit. Having a longer stride allows you to stretch out more using more of your muscle.
The above is just a very quick comparison.
It does not include additional features or differences in the warranties of the different models.
