The simplicity of this is that no matter what blocks your breathing passage, the same few exercises will cure you.
Training the tongue will strengthen in and by doing that, prevent it from dropping into your throat when you sleep.
Loosing up the Jaw, using the jaw exercises will remove any tension from it. You'll be surprised how much easier you'll breath after you do the Jaw exercises.
The throat exercises open up the throat, preventing it from closing when you sleep. They'll also strengthen and lift up your soft palate, so it won't flap any more.

This is very fragile area so the exercises are fine tuned and do not demand much effort, only commitment for few weeks.
The beauty of working out your breathing passage is that the same exercises will work for what ever may be blocking your throat.
The simplicity of this is that no matter what blocks your breathing passage, the same few exercises will cure you.
You'll actually strengthen and open up the whole breathing passage, from your throat up to the nasal opening.
Touch your voice box with your left hand (the big chunk on the front of your throat). Now also touch your forehead with your right hand. From your left hand to your right is the area you're going to be training and removing any block from.
Training the tongue will strengthen in and by doing that, prevent it from dropping into your throat when you sleep.
This is only small example how you can exercise your breathing passage.
How long you exercise every day is up to you. You can train for as little as three minutes a day.
I recommend committing to 7-12 minutes a day for quick, permanent results. After you cure your self, you never have to do the exercises again.

I did the exercise make sure your molars on both sisdes move aprt a little, and then touchy lightly again. Also notice that your lips are supposed to be closed the whole time..I noticed instantly I could breath deeper...
