What could be better than music for helping to set the scene for a romantic occaision? The right songs playing in the background can make the evening so very special or a gift of romantic love songs can let that special someone know how you feel, especially if you are to shy or can't find the words to express your feelings yourself.
I have included some of my favorite romantic songs on this page, along with some of the lyrics just in case you might want to learn the words for a little impromptu serenading!

I actually bought the Mr Big Album on the strength of the song 'To Be With You'.
Hmmm, though it is undoubtedly a nice romantic song, the rest of the album was not totally what I expected, the Electric Drill song being one of the most ear jarring pieces of 'music' I have ever had the displeasure to come across!
I strongly urge you, if you like To Be With You and haven't heard any other 'Mr Big', just to download that one song instead of buying the whole album.

I Drove All Night probably deserves its own little spot, I couldn't choose between the three versions but if you are playing the song for a woman you might want to choose Roy Orbison, whereas if its for your man Cindi Lauper or Celine Dion might be more appropriate. My personal favorite here is the Cindi Lauper version.

My Funny Valentine, 500 Miles And I Will Always Love You
I really like all three of these songs so it is difficult to pick my favorite one. I guess it depends what mood you are in or what mood you want to set.
Right now I will go with My Funny Valentine because what could be more romantic than telling somebody that they make 'Each day a valentine's Day'.
