This song was made on a whim, after a friend inquired about her minor football (soccer) injury, asking about the breast that got hit. Her reply? "Yeah, my boobs are okay!"
You can see by the album title "Welcome to Sillycone Valley" that Lene Alexandra has a great sense of humor.
The Norwegian artist Lene Alexandra had breast implants at the time when her song came out, but later had them removed. Before she achieved fame with her "boobies" song, she had worked as a glamour model, as well as appearing on the norwegian version of "Survivor." She is currently a studying to become a personal trainer.

Ruth Wallis' life was the inspiration for the off-Broadway hit Boobs! The Musical
The songs in that musical were described in the following manner by Lawrence Leritz, the show's choreographer and co-producer:
"The songs are really pretty clean," Leritz said. "When people ask about buying tickets, they ask if there's any cussing. I say, 'No, all the dirtyness is in your mind.' It totally plays to a huge audience. We have 20-year-olds on dates and we have senior citizens who have Ruth Wallis records in their attic."

Ruth Wallis became popular in the 1940s - 1950s, and her lyrics were deemed too racy for most. With such objection that her songs were banned in certain places, and difficulty getting them produced, she did what any pioneering spirit with sheer determination would do; she started her own record label!
Ruth Wallis earned the moniker Queen of the Double Entendre with her suggestive, playful lyrics. She was such an influential force in shaping the course of music history, that her life inspired the creation of Boobs! The Musical: The World According to Ruth Wallis.
By today's standards, of course, her lyrics would be considered a lot more acceptable. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to review them yet, but hope to in the near future.
