Just got the S5 about an hour ago. Setup couldn't be easier. Step 1 - connect the power cord to an power outlet. Step 2 - hit the Mute and + button to get the S5 added as a new zone, Step 3 - hmmm....I don't think there is one. Just hit play and enjoy pure bliss.

This is my 4th Zone player (see my other gushing review of the Sonos system on the Sonos bundle page), and anytime my wife asks, "how many of these white boxes you really need?", the answer is always "one more".

This little gem is a great product. The sound quality is totally awesome for such a small piece of real estate. I read the reviews before
purchasing and this determined my decision to buy.
Only minor difficulty was in the setup. I use an itouch/iphone controller (plus downloaded app) with the Sonos
wireless bridge to hook into my home wi-fi network. This works very well. I expected to be able to use the computer
desktop controller as well, but could never get both of them to work properly. Not sure if using the itouch controller
prevents using the desktop, but you only really need one or the other. Anyhow, overall, very happy. I actually bought
another S5 and it was easy to add into my system.

Once Sonos announced that I didn't need to pay a packet for a remote control and I could use my iPhone, I was sold. Setting up the system was embarrassingly easy. It was out of the box and filling the room with gorgeous music in less than 10 minutes. I am blown away by the sound quality from such a small box and the user friendliness of the whole experience. Oh, and the little touches - like the fact that I don't even lose an Ethernet connection (because there are two sockets in the S5, one for the system to connect and one to use as an extension, for anything that needs it.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely - except we are now doing the whole house up with Sonos Units. so the S5 will be relegated to the spare bedroom.
Buy one - you'll love it.
