Relaxing Rain Sounds

Not only the sound of rain is great, it has an effect on many people. Were during rainy days, you feel like sleeping. Certainly the body knows what's good for it and what times are better to sleep.

- I've discovered how good such sounds from nature are when trying to sleep while the neighbors have a party. Before, I'd struggle to get a good night's sleep, but now I just stick a few tracks of streams, rain, wind into my iPod and I'm sleeping in no-time!
