There is nothing worse than working with an unprofessional lender who takes weeks or even months to get your deal financed? And this is with good credit! I've gone to settlement tables thinking that the deal was done only to find out that the lender had still not finished securing financing for the deal. (This is no fun when you spend eight hours at settlement while holding a toddler and newborn!) So now you've heard the horror story and perhaps this is why you've hesitated to buy your own home.
