Yet another fantastic lens on how to teach children. We don't do home-schooling, but use your information as an extra touch! Love the lapbooks!

Very nice lens Jimmie, 5***** It's important to teach children about Space and where out small planet fits in the scheme of things. I love to watch the shuttle go up - can see it out of my balcony on a clear day, even though I am 150 miles from Cape Canaveral. Debnet and I saw a launch October 2007 from 12 miles away - it was an amazing experience.

Great lens. We homeschooled our two kids and although my wife did 90% of it, I did astronomy with them. They're in college now and apparently weren't harmed by my attempts... I wish I'd seen your lens and lapbooking then! I like your topic of animals in space - that's a great thing to draw the interest of kids. 5 stars.

Fabulous lens, lots of great original pictures and resources for kids! I love all the coloring books.

Unfortunately the new Squidoo layout has squeezed you up top -- you might give the intro a poke to tweak it.

At any rate, I'm lensrolling this on my own space lens!

    Jimmie,
I always enjoy reading your lenses. Imagine holding all of outer space in your lap.

Teachers and parents who enjoy playing games and doing activities with their children will love your lapbooks. I'm sending you some virtual Stars to add to the fun.
