A collection of Spaghetti Sauces

Well, you could use any pasta of your choice, it's just that spaghetti is my favorite. I usually make these pasta dishes on a weekend or when I'm lazy to whip up a full meal. Spaghetti is simple to make and when my boys are tired of Spaghetti Bolognese, there are other sauces to choose from!

I've tried Spaghetti Carbonara in family style Japanese restaurants but never bothered to check how it's done. I'm looking forward to trying this one, but using less oil.

Check out Gina DePalma's Drunken Spaghetti recipe! It's the first time I've heard of Spaghetti All'Ubriaco... maybe because I don't drink.

Gina suggests this as a cool starter, or if you've made a big batch, it could end up as comfort food. Yum!

Haven't tried it yet but I am intrigued, so I included it here!

My current favorite! Not much to do here, just boiling noodles. The spicy cod roe comes in a pack. I decided to try it after reading rave reviews online. I don't think fish shops here sell cod roe. Will have to check again.

Hi Kim, thanks for your comment. Am into testing out vegetarian versions of spaghetti sauces. And yes, I love the smell of the kitchen when it's spaghetti time! :-)
