Speciality breads are typically breads that are fresh made and sold within two days, usually in an oven. They are 'non-sandwich' type breads but could potentially be used with one. These breads may include everything from Old World crusty breads to ethnic and exotic varieties from across the globe. No matter what type of speciality bread you decide to make, it is sure to be delicious and fragrant. These breads can be made for just about any occasion and will always be enjoyed.
