2 turkey wings
3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
tamarind water of your thumb, dissolved in 4 tablespoons
2 stalks lemon grass, cut at 4 cm
2 bay leaves
4 lime leaves
2-3 cans of coconut milk which contains 400 ml of liquid / cans

Ingredients Spices that are:
12 grains of red onion
4 red chilies (can be added according to spiciness)
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander
Pepper to taste
4 grains of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 cm galangal
1 teaspoon white cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar to taste

How to make Spice Turkey Salad

1. Enter the seasoning ingredients in a blender, add cooking oil, puree.
2. Enter the ground spices to the skillet or pan-me hot. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, and pieces of turkey.
