- I love spicy foods; recently I've started cooking with fresh chili peppers more. I love it! Fresh cayenne peppers, serranos, even rarely I'll use tiny amounts of a habanero. I love the really hot stuff. I love the long chili peppers used in Indian cooking too. And I love chili paste: sambal oelek is my favorite kind.
