Spicy Chicken and Noodle Stir Fry
This is my own recipe. It's fairly spicy, you can make it as hot as you want and it goes great with dark ales and lagers.
You will need:
2 chicken thighs
1/4 box angel hair pasta
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 red pepper
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Cayenne pepper
For an even spicier version add some Habanero sauce once the ingredients are mixed together, very tasty!

Recipe Instructions
Set pasta water to boil. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on med high. Slice chicken into strips. Slice the onion and pepper and dice up the garlic (I like my dishes very garlicky so use your judgment on how much to add).
Start the chicken in the skillet and put the pasta in to cook. Cook the chicken for 2 minutes on each side then add the onion, red pepper, and garlic. Stir everything around a bit then add the butter, half of the soy sauce, and a few shakes of both the pepper flakes and cayenne pepper.
Keep stirring this around until the pasta is done. I like the noodles al dente but they will be fine even if they are well done. Drain them and add them to the skillet. Add the rest of the soy sauce and more cayenne if you like. Mix and stir this for 3-5 minutes.
Serves 2 and you can easily double the chicken, noodles, butter, and soy sauce to serve 4.
