Spider-Man 3 is a 2007 superhero film written and directed by Sam Raimi, with a screenplay by Ivan Raimi and Alvin Sargent. It is the third film in the Spider-Man film franchise based on the fictional Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. The film stars Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, Thomas Haden Church, Topher Grace, and Bryce Dallas Howard.
The film begins with Peter Parker basking in his success as Spider-Man, while Mary Jane Watson continues her Broadway career. Harry Osborn still seeks vengeance for his father's death, and an escaped convict, Flint Marko, falls into a particle accelerator and is transformed into a shape-shifting sand manipulator. An extraterrestrial symbiote crashes to Earth and bonds with Peter, influencing his behavior for the worse. When Parker abandons the symbiote, it finds refuge in Eddie Brock, Jr., a rival photographer, causing Peter to face his greatest challenge.
Spider-Man 3 was commercially released in multiple countries on May 1, 2007, and released in the United States in both conventional and IMAX theaters on May 4, 2007, by Columbia Pictures. Although the film received generally mixed reviews from critics, in contrast to the previous two films' highly positive reviews, it stands as the most successful film in the series worldwide, Marvel's most successful movie, as well as the second highest-grossing superhero film behind 2008's The Dark Knight.

New Goblin has vowed revenge against Spiderman, as he blames him for his father's (Green Goblin/Norman Osborn)death. He is one of Spiderman's toughest foes, as he is really Peter Parker's best friend, Harry Osborn. New Goblin, after an early fight with Spiderman, is struck with amnesia, and reverts back to his former self, best friend Harry Osborn. But when he regains his memory, he wages a mental war against Peter Parker, taking away the thing that Peter cherishes most.
Flint Marko, a.k.a. Sandman, has proven to be one of Spiderman's tougher foes. After falling into a particle accelerator that fuses sand with Marko's physical makeup, Sandman is born. With a sick daughter to care for, Marko turns to crime and Peter finds out that this new villian is the one responsible for the death of his Uncle Ben.
Venom is the alien symbiote that previously inhabited Spiderman's suit and increased his strength and dark personality. Because of a fight, in which Mary Jane is accidentally hurt by Peter, Spiderman finally breaks the bond with the symbiote. However, this victory is short lived as the alien symbiote quickly finds another host and takes over Eddie Brock, a rival photographer to Peter Parker.

One and Two were nice. The Third one SUX. Too many villans for character developement, and the introduction to Venom was garbage too.
Too much Romance. At times (more often than not) I felt like I was watching a 2pm soap opera.
Sandman sucked, Venom Suck, the only character that should have been developed according to what I saw was Goblin (Although Venom is my favorite comic Villan). He had the most history in the franchise.
