Spill paint has always pose a problem to many house renovators .To remove splattered paint the most important step is to act fast If you are doing a paint project and spill, splatter or drip onto another painted surface, clean up as much of the unwanted paint as possible using a clean rag dampened with water.

Latex paint is entirely water soluble, or dissolves easily in water for twenty four hours. For indoor latex and "Not" acrylic, you could simply use a wet sponge or a nonmetallic, relatively smooth edged scrapping implement and a little elbow grease. For oil paint spots and stains try a rag dipped in mineral spirit then rinse the area. If paint is dried for over a day try a commercial enzyme cleaner such as EFS-2500 available at large house ware and hardware stores.
