Being the big fan of spinach that I am, I think I'm gonna love this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing!

I was amazed when I first discovered how well spinach and tomato sauces go together and have even used spinach in my spaghetti sauce from time to time. Your Spinach Pasta Casserole sounds like another winner! This would be great with bacon crumbles or grated cheese on top for variations.

Man...I really like spinach and pasta, so this casserole is right up my alley. I'm going to try this dish this weekend. But....I think I'll substitute the tomato sauce with alfredo sauce, because I'm just not a big fan of red sauce, and the soy milk with heavy cream. Can I do this? Well, I guess I'll just have to see how it turns out. If it sucks, I'll do it exactly as the recipe says. Thanks.

OMG! Another yummy recipe lens for a casserole -- Thomas you are da casserole chef. What I'd really love to see is perhaps a CASSEROLE Lensography so that I can get ALL your casseroles in one easy place AND how about a group for casseroles? I think casseroles can be nutritious and interesting and hopefully not to high in calories. 5***** and blessings my dear!
