Yummy Spinach Bread - Indian style

I don't like Popeye but I do like Spinach. Most people, especially children, do not like spinach because it is not prepared in a way to make it appetizing. Cook it in different ways. Make it tasty and see if your family can resist eating it. My 10 year old daughter loves it when I cook it in different ways.

Your feedback is welcome. If you want to share your tips, that is welcome too!

There are many ways I use spinach. With Spinach rice, bread, snacks, currys etc. Spinach bread or Palak Paratha as it is called in Indian language, is one of my family's favorite.

I love spinach, and I love Indian food - nice to see a lens that combines them both! I should think about adding a food section to my Tibet, Nepal & South Asia lens.
