Spiral Story: Corporate Learning Through Personal Storytelling

DeSai's Spiral Stories is a community of Spiral Zoomers dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach a higher level of potential and performance. The community centers around personal stories from top leaders that inspire, educate, and create an expanding circle of excitement.

By combining two counter-intuitive formats, contemporary documentary and thought leadership, an experience is created for new learning. The stories themselves are comprised of four interlocking dimensions: vision, organizational values, brand, and individual values. They are told through video, print or audio forms, depending on need, availability, and purpose.
