Color Meanings
The size, color and shape of your aura reveals many detailed and individualistic traits about you as a person.

*The colors manifesting on the left side (receiving) depicts energies and events coming into your aura
*The colors manifesting on the right side (projecting) represent energy and events leaving your auric field

Violet: Indicates spiritual thoughts, psychic energy and a higher purpose. A highly refined spiritual teacher may have this color aura.

Blue: Great gift for communication, transmitting forces and energy. When a person is receiving information in a telepathic communication, they glow electric blue. Often denotes peace, calm and tranquility.

Green: Open and loving, modifying energy, natural healing ability. The stronger the green is in the Aura the better channel the healer is.

Yellow: Sunny happy thoughts, Joy, freedom, mental stimulation, detachment.. People who glow yellow are full of inner joy and tend to be generous.

Orange: Strong personality, possibly intimidating, will power. The strong Orange indicates someone who can roll with the changes and challenges in life. A go getter who takes others into consideration. They tend to be healthy and active.

Red: Materialistic thoughts, thoughts about the physical body. Red always showed up in my aura photos while I was on my period. Red shows stress and determination, single minded focus and a fire like personality.

Pink:: love (in a spiritual sense). To obtain a clean pink, you need to mix the indigo with red. Pink Aura indicates that the person achieved a perfect balance between spiritual awareness and the material existence. Many pregnant women glow pink!

I began getting aura photos of myself at psychic fairs in 1993. Even though I loved the interpretation readings I received from the pictures I remained skeptical of the process. I suppose I had a hard time marrying technology to a spiritual event. I knew the aura was beyond the human eye so then how could a camera really capture colors from a different dimension? I imagined the Kirlian photography was a random color generator designed to look like an aura.

In 1996 I got in line to have my aura photo taken, palming my $20 in anticipation. I turned on my Reiki energy and began to chant "OM" softly to myself to enliven my energy patterns. When it was my turn I took the chair and places my palms on the machines as instructed. *Snap* the shot was taken. The photographer looked at me and said we have to redo the picture because the one we had taken was faded. I asked her if I could see it. I closely studied the photograph noting all the fine details and then took my seat again. The second picture turned out great and looked just like the photo before only vibrant. All the details were the same in both photos! I was very excited to learn this process was accurate and not some random act of electronic color schemes.
