Two Sitting Meditation Techniques:

Sitting meditations are vital parts of your meditation routine, if you don't have a routine you can still try them anyway. There are several different meditation techniques you can do sitting down. I will describe two of them that are my personal favourites. I hope you enjoy these meditation techniques as much as I do and I would love to hear your feedback on how this meditation technique is for you or even tell us about your own favourite meditation techniques!

The Sitting Meditation Technique: One

1. Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
2. Place your feet on the ground shoulder width apart. (this helps to ground you)
3. Place your hands upturned lightly resting on your knees.
4. Now close your eyes and... Take a deep breath holding it in for a few seconds. Then exhale slowly.
5. Keep a nice steady rhythm of slow deep breathing going, breathing... Deeply in and then out you should now be feeling lighter and feel yourself relaxing as you do this.
6. Keep this going... Relaxing deeper and deeper until you're totally calm and fully relaxed.

Zen

The Sitting Meditation Technique: Two

1. Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
2. Place your feet on the ground shoulder width apart. (this helps to ground you)
3. Place a piece of Rose Quart crystal in the palm of one hand.
4. Now close your eyes and... Take a deep breath holding it in for a few seconds. Then exhale slowly.
5. Keep a nice steady rhythm of slow deep breathing going, breathing... Deeply in and then out you should now be feeling lighter and feel yourself relaxing as you do this.
6. Keep this going... Relaxing deeper and deeper until you're totally calm and fully relaxed.
7. Now begin to feel the energy from the palms of your hands flow into the crystal, Imagine a healing white light forming over the crystal which charges it with your own life force energy.
8. When you feel that the crystal is fully charged place the crystal beside you on the floor and return to you meditation position and meditation state as before: place the palm of your left hand pointing upwards and rotate your right hand over the palm of your left hand counter-clockwise. Then repeat this process again with the right hand facing upwards the left hand rotating.
9. Now rub this healing energy up and down... Your body you should be able to feel the energy flowing.

BTW if you're ill you should always still visit your doctor.

We came across this really good Free Radio site that Contains a lot of really good broadcasts and we would like to share it.
I was particularly liked the New age section because there is a meditation channel and there's also a channel with space/ambient music there's simply loads of great stuff to choose from. The station is called Live 365 internet radio and in the new age section look out for my spirit radio.

Have you ever seen a ghost?
We will call them ghosts here but in fact they are simply spirits.

Take a look at the photo!(girls faces blocked out for privacy)
The old guy has no legs is semi transparent and was not visible when that photo was taken,I assure you there has been no trickery involved it was taken on a digital camera so no chance of double exposure.

And the source of the photo was a friend that I trust they asked me to take a look at it because they couldn't believe their eyes.

These captures on photo happen all the time but are easily dismissed by most people as they don't believe that there is anything out side of the solid world that they live in.
Well thats their opinion and they are entitled to think what they wish its free will after all.

But for those who have had the proof for themselves its a wonderful thought that death is no way the end.
