Hi, my name is Gail and I enjoy experiencing and giving spiritual healing. I have been a spiritual healer for more than 10yrs and have studied a variety of healing modalities including Reiki, Quantum Touch, crystal healing and angel healing just to name a few. Within my healings I use a little bit from each of the modalities I have studied and adapt it to whatever is needed at the time. I call all my work "Energy Healings".

What is Spiritual Energy Healing?
Energy Healing
Spiritual healing in simple terms is a transfer of energy. It doesn't matter what modality you are learning all healings are energy based and work with energy. Healing is not as complexed as some might want you to believe. Everyone has there own natural healing system within them. When a healer is performing a healing they are tapping into this system and delivering unconditional love energy to the body. The intent of the healer is the most important thing. As long as your intent is to heal for the highest good of all then the energy will work where it is needed. A lot of people would like you to believe that you need to have a special gift in order to be able to heal another. I don't believe that this is true. I believe that if your intentions are good and you truly want to be able to help another then you can learn how to heal. You can heal yourself, your friends, your family and even your pets and plants. It's all about the exchange of energy and the intent behind that energy. One thing you do need to be aware of and that is if your intention is to harm or hurt another then the laws of karma will return that intent 10 fold and you will suffer the consequences.Recommended Reading and Accessories

I awoke one morning to find that one side of my face was totally paralyzed. I was afraid as I thought that maybe I had some sort of stroke. I was home alone that day as my husband had taken the car to work. I did a little bit of healing on myself throughout the day but nothing changed. When my husband arrived home he convinced me that I should go to the doctors and get it checked out so I did.
Going to the doctors I thought would help me with the fear that I had. I was wrong. This is what the doctor said "Do you want the good news or the Bad news first." The good news was that I did not have a stroke; the bad news was that I had bells paulsy. This was something I had never heard of. The doctor informed that 90% of people who get this disease recover fully within 6-12mths and the other 10% never recover. He gave me some tablets to take for 2 weeks and said there is no need to come back as there is nothing else that can be done.
I then decided that I was not going to stay this way that everything was going to get better and I would recover fully. I did some massive amounts of healing on myself. I called in my angels and healing guides and anyone else that I thought would be able to assist me in healing myself. I worked on myself everyday for about a week.
It worked! Three weeks later I woke to have no sign of this horrid disease and was completely cured. So much for the doctor's prognosis of 6-12mths.
This was a turning point for me. Before this I knew that I could heal. After this I truly believed without question or reservation that I could try and heal anyone or anything and the power to do so is right there at my fingertips.

Hi Gail, I am an intuitive and a natural energy healer. My healing is magnetic and vibrational and spirit decides, based on the person or area to be worked on, how much heat is in my hands or if vibration, at various intensities, is required. It is always amazing to see the changes in the clients faces, either as the vibrations start or the heat levels in my hands change. Normally the vibrations come for the larger muscle groups or in the persons mid-section because of the density of tissues, muscle etc in those areas. The deeper or more intense the work needed, the vibrations get heavier or more intense. One thing I can tell you from what I have experienced is that once an intuitive opens themselves up to allow Spirit to work through you, the more your intuitive increases since you are always "in tune" with spirit once you open up on that level. Another wonderful benefit is that all of the healing energyfor the client comes through me first so I am actaully more energized after a healing session than I was at the start!
Last week I had a client ask if I would work on her husband who has some serious knee injuries and then she went on to say that he has been to many docs and tried all sorts of medications but nothing works and he does not believe anything will ever work to make his knee better. I told her that I would not work on him under those conditions since all healing is based on your level of belief and if you are already convinced that you can't be helped, you would be wasting your time and money going to any more docs or even a healer. I do the same thing with people who only want a healing session but don't want to get into the emotional aspects. I won't do healing work on them since my belief is that all physical conditions come from emotional and if you don't deal with the emotional issues that are now manifesting as physical conditions, it's like putting a bandaid on a gushing artery!

Energy Healing
One afternoon I was at home relaxing and my daughter and her boyfriend came home from school they were both about 16yrs old. The boyfriend had been playing sport at school and hurt his thumb. It was swollen and he was in a lot of pain and couldn't move his thumb at all. I offered to do some healing it make it better. He didn't believe in this but allowed me to try anyway. Within a couple of minutes he was in no pain and was able to move his thumb. He couldn't believe it and was speechless.On another occasion I was over at a friends place and teenage boys will be boys. They decided to jump the small brick fence out the front instead of walking around and one of them missed. He came hopping in the door on one foot. He had landed on the brick fence with his shin. It was bruised and very painful that he was unable to even stand on it. I asked him if he would like me to heal it. He answered "how" I explained what I do with my healing work and how I use the energy. He didn't believe it would work but allowed me to show him. During the process he was asking "what is that" He didn't understand what was happening but he could feel it. After about 10 minutes He wasn't in as much pain and was walking on his leg. I advised him to still rest it so that it didn't swell. His reply "It's fine now it will be fine" and it was.
On another occasion I was at a friends party and one of the teenage girls hurt her finger and couldn't move it. When anyone slightly touched it she would jump six feet in the air and scream with pain. I told her I could fix it for her if she wanted me too. At first she thought I would hurt her as everyone else who touched her it hurt. One of the other teenagers that was there told her to let me fix it because it works (he had seen me do it before). After I convinced her that It would not hurt she let me fix her finger. Within a couple of minutes she was no longer in pain and was moving her fingers as if nothing had ever happened. She was so amazed that for the next hour or so everyone who asked about her finger she raised her hand in the air and wiggled her fingers in amazement. All she could say was amazing.
The one thing these 3 teenagers have in common is that none of them believed in or experienced spiritual healing before this. The teenagers in my area now come to me ask me to perform my "magic" as they call it.

How can I start to learn how to heal?
Energy Healing
If you would really like to learn how to heal there are few things you need to decide on first.
1. You need to decide on your intention and focus on that intention
2. Don't take any notice of what anyone else tells you, you need to believe that you can do it within yourself.
A good way to start is if you have a plant that is not very healthy you can start on this.
Ok here we go.
Focus on the plant with the intention that it will become a healthy thriving plant.
Ask for assistance, even if you don't think anyone is there they are there to assist you so ask for their assistance. To do this all you need to do is say "I would like your assistance in helping me to heal this plant". Believe me they will help.
Hold your hands apart with the plant in the centre. You may be able to feel the energy around the plant. If you can't that's ok, you will with time and practice.
While holding your hands around the plant and focus your intention to heal with love energy and direct it through your hands into the plant. Do this every day for a few days and see if you notice any changes with the plant.

Emotions naturally have a very short lifespan. They are meant to flow through us not to be held within us. What happens though is that often we feel an emotion and we get caught up in it and it stops the flow. Whenever you get angry or agitated or upset or anxious or stressed or tense, immediately stop what you are doing and try to figure out what emotions are you feeling. By breathing deeply into your heart while you experience the feeling, you can allow the emotion to flow through you and leave. One of the quickest and easiest ways to ground your energy is to close your eyes and take ten deep breaths. Visualize your favorite tree. I would like to share a story with you, and you can decide whether to post it or not.
I have been a spiritual person all of my life. However, I got lost in the conventionalities of life. I recently found my way back again, and as karma would have it, one path led to a clearer one led to a clearer one. I was studying Tai Chi, then Qigong, which led to a product which I found so workable. It facilitates the body's ability to balance its energy flows and I tried it. I received so many benefits from using it: energy flows opened, circulation improved, clarity of mind improved, pain lessened, etc. etc. I would like to share it with the world and found Squidoo, which led me to your website. Perhaps I was meant to come here. I would like to share it with you and get feedback on it. I was thinking of creating a lense of my own, then wondered which ones already existed. Thus, I came across yours.
Honestly, I'm not trying to spam or otherwise insidiously use your lense. I'm kind of lost and would like some direction. I found a great product which works using the energy meridians and I've benefited greatly from it, and so have other friends:

- Hi Amethyst i think its great to find all different types of energy healing there are many forms and if it works for you and others then that is great. I find that everyone is different while some energy tequnics work better with some and if it rezzes with you and feels good then explore it. All the best Gail
